My mom is going to leave next week. She was assigned by her company to manage a branch in Miami so she needs to leave town for three months. She was hesitant to accept the offer but we were very vocal with our support to her so she finally agreed to go. I know it is hard for mom to leave us because she is a very hands-on type of mom. I am sure, she will be calling every day to ask us if we have eaten our meals already, if we did our assignment and what time did we arrive home. She serves as our mom and dad ever since dad died five years ago. We never heard her complain or whine about raising the three of us on her own so we were thankful for her. With her leaving next week, we decided to buy present for mom. We also prepared a dinner for her tomorrow.
